What is your favourite outdoor play story?

from your stories… What is your favourite story of outdoor play? It could be funny,
heartwarming, inspiring, insightful…
Mine is from home: I took my child to the hill to slid and she asked me to get on with her. We used to do this when she was smaller. Well, we both grew, and the front weight of our sled dug into the snow, throwing us over! I had huge bruises on my legs! But when we landed, my daughter jumped up, looked at me, and stated, "Well, that didn't go as planned! Let's go again!" Then we both laughed and tried again.
Thank you for sharing! I'm glad you weren't hurt too badly! This story seems to exemplify children's resilience and their ability to persist even when something doesn't work they way they expected.
